I bought 4 pair of these as I am living off grid and needed underwear that would be comfortable in all different temperatures- these did not disappoint! $24 for underwear might seem pricey, but these perform as well as the more expensive options you can find at sites like REI. If you need super comfortable underwear that you can live outdoors in - buy these now!

I just completed a 300 mile Mountain bike pack trip and only took 2 pairs of these underwear. High quality, really soft, and no odor- seriously. I would wash a pair and let them dry while riding. They dry quickly. Even rode without padded shorts some days. 30 to 35 miles a day and still like new. I'll buy more.

Purchased this as atrial for wearing merino wool underwear for packing on a long vacation trip to Europe. Guys, these are soft with no itch. After wearing once and washing they are still soft, so I ordered two more pair. I'l be able to rotate through eh three pair, washing in hotel sinks and hanging to dry by morning. Lessens the need to carry many more pair of cotton briefs.

I was skeptical at first of these being actual merino wool, as before wearing them I accidentally threw them in a load of laundry on hot water, and dried on pretty high heat. They came out looking fine and like they hadn't shrunk, so was convinced at first that they weren't actually wool, as I've always heard that wool shrinks in heat. However I did a little research online and found out that most merino wool used nowadays is "superwashed" which, without going into the details of the process, makes it so that the garment can be laundered like your standard laundry without shrinkage or otherwise getting destroyed. Of course, I have been careful to only wash on cold with a more gentle drying cycle from here on out, as I do want to preserve the fabric.

Getting to the boxers themselves, they are extremely soft and comfortable, great fit/true to size, and they really do seem to have anti-odor element. They're also very breathable and I don't feel like I sweat as much in them. I can understand the pricing on these though I do wish they were cheaper as I'd buy many more! They are however priced in line with other merino wool underwear in the market, or even a little bit cheaper, so I would say these are a good value when looking for merino wool undergarments.

I would prefer a shorter leg style but these are very comfortable and breathable and I would buy more, especially if the price came down slightly. These are fairly in line with what I typically pay per pair for modal underwear though, and I think these are even more moisture-shedding. The waistband is not tight. Medium is my usual size and the waist guidelines in the chart seem accurate (and I am on the uppermost end). Sometimes the wool is just slightly itchy but I figure it will soften up with more washes.

I'm really enjoying these boxer briefs. I usually prefer technical type fabrics but wanted to try merino. These are super comfortable, almost feels like not wearing anything. Appreciated that the legs didn't ride up when wearing. Pleased with the moisture wicking and overall freshness of these. I've added them to my travel kit and will consider buying more.

The thought of putting wool on the ol’ man parts is…not a pleasant thought. I’m sure that’s the case for a lot of us. However, because I know how to science and because of my previous good experience with the miracle material that is merino wool, I thought to myself, ‘Self, this could be pretty interesting.’ And interesting it was!

These boxers blend comfort, functionality, and breathability into one nice package (see what I did there?). If you were wondering whether or not these are worth the price of entry, wonder no more, as these are exceptionally comfortable, and don’t itch, bunch, or ride up. Because they’re merino wool, it feels almost imperceptible, which almost guarantees no irritation or overheating. It’s just right, balancing warmth, and ventilation, and ensuring it doesn’t get nasty and swampy in more humid temps. They fit snugly, allow for movement, and fit really well (FWIW - I’m 5’10, ~160, and I’m wearing mediums…like………right now….they’re awesome).

These should last quite a while, as they’re pretty well constructed. I expect they’ll develop some pilling over time, but that’s fairly typical of Merino wool.

I'm a long-time fan of merino wool—it isn't scratchy, resists smells, is long-lasting, breathes well, and wicks moisture. In short, everything you want your underwear to be.

But I'm not just happy with these boxer briefs because of their material. The design and execution is on point as well. It has no central seam to give you a wedgie, it's got just a touch of spandex to make sure it hugs you well, the stitching is flat and doesn't scratch, and there are no tags to irritate your skin. It fits me really well, too, but that's a bit more subjective. For context, I'm 5'9, 160 pounds, and on the athletic side (with a slight winter belly), and the medium fits me perfectly.

I own a lot of merino, including several pairs of underwear. They are great for hiking and long travel days. They wick sweat, keep you cool in hot days and warm on cold, and are anti-funk.

Most of my merino are smart wool or ice breaker, and I’d say that the quality of these ACUSHLA are as good as those. I’d guess that these are 150 weight, so good as a base layer. Sizing is generous, I’m 5’5” 133# athletic build, and the S fit a bit loose in the legs. No issue for my intended use but you may want to size down if you’re in between and want more compression for active endeavors.

Overall I think these are excellent boxers that should last for years.

I spend a lot of time in cold and snowy environments. I usually wear flannel boxer shorts in that type of weather but a few months ago I tried out my first pair of Merino wool boxer shorts. I was a bit hesitant and worried they would be itchy, too hot or just uncomfortable. Not even close. I'm now a huge fan of Merino wool boxers and this is a top quality pair. They're soft and comfy, warm but breathable and comfortable enough to sleep in. The dark green color is excellent and the sizing is right on the money. Highly recommended!

These boxers are wonderful. The material is great, I live in a warmer climate and these are very breathable, almost silky feeling. They're a bit sheer if you stretch them. The construction is standard, the seams are all double stitched and flat. I'd call the cut more utilitarian than fashionable partially due to the fly design rather than having a pouch.

The fit is great. I'm 6'2" 200 with a 34 inch waist, I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. Often I get boxer briefs and they're too tight or too short. These are just right. Not tight at all on me, and the leg comes down past mid thigh so they dont ride up.

    These are a 5 star A+ buy

I will say my husband was worried about putting on a pair of wool boxers. He was worried they would be irritating to wear, and create problems- however, after a night with them on- he has never been more pleased with the underclothing he has to wear.

He tells me that he can't even tell he has these boxers on- they are so comfortable. They don't create any irritation, they don't scratch, and they don't ride up on you (a male problem with boxers, I am told)- my husband has had every problem you can have- when it comes to what can happen with boxers. But none with these. So to have this great pair on- he is very happy and had a great night of sleep.

These boxers also breathe well- and while I didn't check to see if they do control odor down there- I'm going to assume that because he gets ventilation while wearing them- there won't be a smell that you have to worry about. He assures me that there is not- and for now, that's good enough for me!

A great pair of boxers- when I checked them out, they seemed like thinner material than what I am used to with my husband's boxers- almost like a very thick nylon- which, I would assume would work very well for boxers- and they seem to be doing just that.

It seems that these are a pair of boxers that men will love- cause my husband will swear by them- that they are one of the best pairs of boxers he has ever worn!

I wanted to try and show viewers the thinner material of these boxers (which still provide the right amount of warmth)- so I took the end of the boxer and took a photo. I hope it is able to convey to others- that this seems like the perfect amount of material to cover a hot and sweaty area- on a man too!

If anyone has any questions about this item, please feel free to reach out and ask.

    Thank you

These are very nicely made, well stitched, soft and comfortable boxer briefs. The size seems to be right, relative to what the listing specifies. The material is thin, which is good -- a heavier weight merino like you'd get on a typical merino base layer would be uncomfortable in the summer. The waistband is covered, so the only skin contact is the merino material.

This is definitely a premium price -- priced per-pair with the normal (not on sale) prices of the big "high end" underwear brands like Ex Officio, but the quality matches those which makes these a very reasonable option, particularly for merino underwear (which are a lot harder to find).
